Public art project

Installed this art composition in the April 11, 2022 on the second floor of the Grassroots Crisis Intervention Center at 6700 Freetown Road, Columbia MD, 21044.

Mission of the Center: 

The Center are a 24/7 single point access for behavioral health, crisis and homeless services for individuals and families, that's why we chose this place in order to make the life of people in this place better!  We were so happy to see the positive reaction of people and staff, especially those moments when their faces lit up with a smile!  And this sculptural composition filled with colors reminds everyone that you should not give up!

The idea of art composition “Garden of Paradise”:

What do people's want most at difficult time? Warmth, love, community, support. Flowers and butterflies embody the best emotions, and each person is as beautiful as a flower, but together people's can they create wonderful communities... And butterflies see this beauty and fly to flowers... Also, new wonderful people join the community and decorate it with their presence!
